Ukraine Secures Security Deal With India
Ukraine has recently announced a significant development in its international relations, with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirming that a security cooperation arrangement has been reached with India, and the necessary documentation is currently being finalized. This news emerged from Zelenskyy’s evening video address on April 19th, where he shared that he had been briefed on the progress of these discussions with New Delhi by Rustem Umerov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council and Ukraine’s lead negotiator. Umerov’s briefing highlighted that the groundwork for this security cooperation is already in place, with the formalization process now underway.
