It’s truly mind-boggling.
I would love for someone with a legal background to explain this to me. How can Disney, a corporation that has clearly been negatively impacted by these laws, not have standing to sue? It seems absurd. And why is it that they can’t even regain control of their own district? These are questions that require answers.
