Will Smith sued by former tour member for wrongful termination, sexual harassment – this is a story that’s got a lot of people talking, and understandably so. It seems like the allegations stem from an incident where a former member of Smith’s 2025 tour, Brian King Joseph, reported a concerning situation at his hotel. According to the complaint, Joseph claimed someone unlawfully entered his hotel room, leaving behind a collection of bizarre items – a note, wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication bearing another person’s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork.
