When I first heard about the groom being shot in the head by a masked gunman during his backyard St. Louis wedding, I couldn’t believe such horror could unfold on what should have been a joyous occasion. It’s chilling to think that someone had such malevolent intentions to disrupt a celebration of love in such a violent manner.
