How can you square the idea of “America First” with seemingly endless flows of money and weaponry to a foreign country, especially when it looks like the normal rules – like getting Congressional approval – are being conveniently ignored? It’s the kind of thing that makes you question the very foundations of how decisions are made, and who they truly benefit.
