Voter Intimidation

Trump supporters are now sending threatening letters to get people to vote for him | “We will notify President Trump if you don’t vote. You can’t afford to have that on your record.”

I recently came across some disturbing news that Trump supporters are now resorting to sending threatening letters to people in an attempt to get them to vote for him. The content of these letters is chilling and reeks of intimidation tactics. Threatening to report individuals to President Trump if they don’t vote is not only coercive but also illegal. The idea that someone’s voting record will be permanently tarnished and shared with a former president is downright absurd and reeks of authoritarianism.

The fact that these letters are being sent out to manipulate people into voting for a particular candidate is a clear indication of the lengths that some individuals are willing to go to in order to maintain power.… Continue reading
