This horrific news story of two children dead and 15 others injured after a vehicle crashed into a building holding a child’s birthday party leaves me utterly devastated. The fact that the driver, a 66-year-old woman, was suspected of operating a vehicle while intoxicated is beyond comprehension. Lives were destroyed in a split second due to this irresponsible and selfish act.
