Threatening violence against anyone is never okay, regardless of their political beliefs or actions. When I heard about the Arizona man who was taken into custody for an alleged social media threat to kill former President Donald Trump, I was shocked and appalled. It’s alarming to think that someone would go to such extremes, especially in a country like the United States where political violence should have no place.
The situation becomes even more concerning when you realize that this individual had outstanding warrants, including failure to appear for a DUI in Wisconsin and failure to register as a sex offender and a hit and run in Arizona.… Continue reading
