Donald Trump mocked after Nikki Haley gaffe: “Losing his mind”
It’s not surprising that Donald Trump is once again making headlines, but this time it’s not for his usual outrageous statements or controversial actions. No, this time it’s because of a clear lapse in mental integrity that has left many questioning the state of his mind. After repeatedly referring to Nikki Haley as the person in charge of security on January 6th and claiming that all evidence and information were destroyed, it’s clear that Trump’s brain is deteriorating.
Let’s not sugarcoat it – this was not a mere gaffe. This was a blatant display of mental decline.… Continue reading
So you think Texas wants to secede. Here is how that will/won’t work.
Living in Texas, I have heard the talk and rumors about secession for years. It seems to pop up every time there is a Democrat in the White House, as if Texans only want to go their separate way when it suits their political agenda. But let’s be realistic here, secession is not a viable option for Texas, and anyone claiming otherwise is either delusional or trying to provoke a response.
Firstly, there is no realistic mechanism for Texas to secede from the United States. The current Texas government won’t even consider putting it on the ballot for consideration, knowing that it would be a dumpster fire of epic proportions.… Continue reading
As I sit here, reflecting on the headline “The Supreme Court Sounds Eager to Break the Government for Good,” a mixture of frustration and concern fills my mind. The article touches on a significant issue: the growing power of an unelected, conservative-dominated Supreme Court and its potential implications for our democratic system.
One key point raised in the comments is the potential shift in regulatory power. The Court’s recent major questions doctrine, which allows them to invalidate policies enacted by a Democratic president or Congress, is worrisome. It essentially gives untrained judges the authority to make decisions in regulatory fields where they lack expertise.… Continue reading
As scarcely believable as it seems, former President Donald Trump recently expressed his frustration by characterizing his departure from the White House as “ridiculous.” It’s a peculiar statement that further emphasizes the depth of his insistence that he was robbed of a second term in office. Yet this constant claim by Trump has been meticulously tested in the courts and found wanting, so it’s puzzling that he would insist on this perspective.
His choice of the word “ridiculous” to describe the natural and legal sequence of events that follows an electoral defeat is a clear testament to his seeming disconnect from the political realities of democracy.… Continue reading
As I watched the latest debacle unfold, I couldn’t help but think – how has it come to this? Former president Donald Trump speaking publicly and appearing to confuse the roles of two prominent women politicians – he suggested Nikki Haley was in charge on January 6, the day the U.S Capitol was stormed; a responsibility that fell under Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s purview. The cognitive decline seemingly implied by this mix-up is deeply concerning, bordering on alarming as it perhaps signifies the initial stages of degeneration.
One cannot simply brush off such glaring errors, especially when they come from someone who once occupied the highest office in the nation.… Continue reading

It’s an absolute travesty they were able to delay this for as long as they did and it had to involve the Supreme Court to issue a ruling your average joe could have figured out.
SC never ruled on the merits per se, they just blocked a stay of the lower courts ruling, in effect not taking up the case. The lower court had essentially issued a scathing opinion that who is Trump to try and exert Executive privilege opposite to that of the current Executive branch. Roberts agreed at its ridiculousness. Trump never stood a chance and it only took a few months overall, which is lightning quick.… Continue reading
To the many of us who have been paying attention none of these fascist tactics come as a surprise. President Trump’s words & actions over the summer months were horrifying. He has incited and supported violence several times.
- He shared a video that said “the only good Democrat is a dead Democrat.”[1]
- He tweeted a video of a Trump supporter yelling “White power.”[2]
- He tweeted that “when the looting starts the shooting starts.”[3] A saying that is historically tied to a racist Miami police chief from the 60’s.[4]
- Police in Washington, D.C. brutally dispersed an entirely peaceful crowd exercising their first amendment.
