US housing agency blames ‘Radical Left’ for looming shutdown. The situation, as I understand it, is pretty straightforward, and it’s hard not to see the irony, frankly. The current state of affairs sees Republicans, holding the reins in the House, the Senate, and the executive branch, pointing the finger at the “Radical Left” for the possibility of a government shutdown. This is, to put it mildly, a head-scratcher.
