As I read through the horrifying details of the fatal car crash in Turkey involving an underage driver and his mother who fled to the US, my heart sank at the callousness and disregard for human life displayed by the individuals involved. The fact that the driver, Timur Cihantimur, not only fled the scene of the accident but also stole the phones of the unconscious victims to prevent them from contacting authorities is beyond comprehension. It is a despicable act of depravity that speaks volumes about the moral bankruptcy of these individuals.
