Ukraine IDs Russian Brigades Behind Sumy Attack

Ukraine’s military intelligence chief, Kyrylo Budanov, identified the Russian 112th and 448th missile brigades as responsible for the April 13th Sumy attack, which killed at least 34 civilians, including two children, and injured 117 more.
