Republicans Want Someone Younger Than Donald Trump as President: New Poll
Republicans seem to be realizing now that maybe someone younger and sharper than 78-year-old Donald Trump would be a better choice for their party. It’s interesting to see this shift in perspective considering they had multiple chances to choose someone else during the open primaries, yet they continued to support Trump despite his numerous controversies. Now, as he seems to be heading towards a potential defeat, they are suddenly looking for a fresh face.
The irony here is glaring. They have backed Trump through thick and thin, even standing by him during his insurrection and perpetuation of racist ideologies.
