It comes as no surprise that Trump’s defense has decided to rest the case in the hush money trial without calling Trump as a witness. Despite his constant boasts and claims that he would testify on his own behalf, it seems that once again, the former president has failed to live up to his own bravado. The fact that Trump, who often presents himself as a strong and fearless leader, opted out of testifying in his own defense raises significant questions about his innocence and credibility.
