US Nurse Killed in Budapest Nightclub Encounter
American nurse Kenzie Michalski was tragically killed in Budapest, Hungary, while on a trip she considered her “happy place.” Michalski met an Irish man at a nightclub, and after leaving together, he confessed to her accidental death during an “intimate encounter” at his apartment. The man attempted to cover up the murder by cleaning the apartment, hiding Michalski’s body, and transporting it to Lake Balaton, where he disposed of it. Police discovered the man’s internet history was filled with searches related to body disposal and police procedures, ultimately leading to his arrest and confession.
