“Some folks need killing!”: It’s time to take MAGA threats of violence literally and seriously

As I peruse the current political landscape, I find myself deeply troubled by the pervasive threats of violence that seem to permeate the MAGA movement. The recent incidents of violence, from mail bombs to attempted assassinations, all stemming from staunch Trump supporters, are a grim reminder of the dangerous rhetoric that has been allowed to fester. It is truly disheartening to witness a climate where Republican politicians and figures are not held accountable for condemning violence, while every Democrat is held to a different standard.
