As a resident of North Carolina, the idea of Joe Biden making an aggressive play to turn the state blue is both exciting and daunting. For far too long, my home state has been a Republican stronghold, with disappointments in past elections leaving many feeling disheartened. The prospect of seeing the state shift from red to blue is invigorating, especially with the influx of individuals moving here, potentially bringing with them more progressive ideologies.
