Seoul Spy Agency Declares Kim Jong Un’s Daughter Heir Apparent

South Korea’s spy agency now considers it fair to view the teenage daughter of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as his heir, a stronger assessment than previously offered. This girl, often referred to as Kim’s “most beloved” child, has been accompanying her father to significant events since late 2022, fueling speculation of her grooming as the nation’s future leader. The agency also indicated that Kim Yo Jong, previously considered the second-in-command, holds no substantial powers, according to lawmaker Lee Seong Kweun.
