While it represents a genuine effort to create more equitable workplaces and educational environments, it has been twisted and repurposed by those who oppose its very principles. This twisting, however, is no accident; it’s a deliberate strategy of obfuscation, a calculated attempt to mask true intentions with a veneer of plausible deniability.
