Arrest Made in Sheboygan Falls Tourist Shooting Death: Reactions and Travel Concerns

Sheboygan Falls Police have announced the arrest of Luis E. Cruz Burgos, 35, in connection to the shooting death of Canadian tourist Giovanni Michael Robinson.
