US meteorologists face death threats as hurricane conspiracies surge
The level of ignorance and stupidity that seems to be prevalent in our society today is truly mind-boggling. It’s disheartening to see the disrespect and threats directed towards meteorologists who are simply doing their jobs in providing accurate weather forecasts. As someone who values science and the expertise of professionals in their respective fields, it’s frustrating to witness the surge of hurricane conspiracies that have led to such outrageous claims and threats.
It’s absurd to think that there are individuals out there who believe in category 6 hurricanes or that meteorologists are somehow manipulating these natural disasters.
