Maryland School Employee Caught Recording Girls in Dressing Room
A media services technician employed by Montgomery County Public Schools has been arrested and charged with sex abuse of a minor following the discovery of a hidden camera in a girls’ changing room at Walter Johnson High School. The investigation was initiated after students found the camera and discovered footage of the technician, James Mulhern III, placing the device and subsequently recording underage students. Authorities have recovered electronic devices and other evidence from the school and Mulhern’s residence as the investigation continues.
