I cannot help but feel a sense of frustration and resignation when I read about the possibility of recordings of Trump’s phone calls with Putin. As a former FBI agent, the idea that Russia may have leverage over a former president of the United States is deeply troubling. It is almost certain that these recordings exist, but the question remains – what can be done about it?
