Disney’s feud with DeSantis has come to an end, and surprise, surprise, they’re back to donating to Republicans. It’s no secret that large corporations like Disney prioritize profits over all else. The recent donations to Republicans, including those who supported the “Don’t Say Gay” bill in Florida, just serves as a reminder of where their allegiances truly lie.
Many people had high hopes that Disney’s public opposition to the bill would lead to lasting change. But alas, it seems that the allure of political donations and maintaining good relations with DeSantis was too enticing for them to pass up.
