Tennessee woman denied abortion after fetus’ ‘brain not attached’ slams ban
I can’t even begin to comprehend the level of cruelty and ignorance that led to a Tennessee woman being denied an abortion after finding out that her fetus’ brain was not attached. It’s beyond devastating to think that she had to endure the pain of carrying a non-viable pregnancy to full term, losing an ovary, a fallopian tube, and her hopes for a large family in the process. The fact that lawmakers, who have no medical background, felt entitled to make decisions about her body and her future is utterly outrageous.
