Mike Johnson, the epitome of a spineless weasel, found himself cornered in an intense White House meeting, where his hypocrisy and incompetence were laid bare for all to see. It’s disheartening to see the level of political pettiness and selfishness on display in the Republican Party. The revelation that a GOP senator doesn’t want to pass a tax bill because it could make President Biden “look good” is a testament to their party-over-country mentality. It’s infuriating to think that elected officials are more concerned with political points than with helping the American people.
