When I see Melania with Donald Trump, two words come to mind: pure misery. The facade of their relationship is so transparent, even a child could see through it. Melania, the trophy wife, who married a man for his money only to realize that the riches were far less than promised. The man she married has a reputation for cheating and assaulting women, now she’s stuck with him. Karma truly does have a great sense of humor.

As I observe the ongoing saga of Trump’s rage against E. Jean Carroll, coupled with his apparent disregard for Melania on their wedding anniversary, I can’t help but feel a sense of detachment. Melania clearly wants nothing to do with him. It’s evident in the way she recoils in disgust at his touch, as if she can’t bear the thought of being in his presence. But here’s the thing – she knew exactly what she was getting into when she married him.
