The recent news that Trump is too ‘exhausted’ to engage in interviews with unfriendly outlets is concerning on many levels. It raises questions about his ability to handle the demands of the presidency, particularly if something as routine as interviews proves to be too much for him. As someone vying for the highest office in the land, one would expect a candidate to be able to face tough questions head-on, regardless of the source.

It is concerning that his team is resorting to the excuse of exhaustion to explain his avoidance of interviews. Kamala Harris Hits It Out of the Park, CNN Not So Much

As I sat down to watch Kamala Harris’s interview on CNN, I had high hopes. I expected insightful questions that would shed light on her policies, her plans for the future, and her vision for America. Instead, what I witnessed was a disappointing display of political gossip, insipid questions, and an overall lack of substance. Dana Bash, the interviewer, seemed more focused on eliciting a “gotcha” moment than on diving into the real issues that matter to voters.
