It seems to be a pathological issue with him, and his recent claim of knowing nothing about Project 2025 is just a continuation of this trend. The Heritage Foundation, an influential conservative think tank, has been behind the creation of Project 2025, a set of extreme policy proposals tailored for a potential second Trump term.
