I never thought I would see the day when lifelong Republicans were finally waking up to the reality of what Donald Trump truly represents. It is indeed a relief to witness these individuals breaking away from the toxic grip that Trump had on them for so long. As a former supporter turned vocal opponent, the journey to this realization must have been incredibly challenging. To have dedicated so many years to a party only to realize that it has been hijacked by a man who embodies everything they once stood against must be disheartening.
