Bondi’s Fear or Apathy Towards Epstein Survivors Sparks Outrage

The assertion that Pam Bondi was “afraid to” look at Epstein survivors during a hearing has sparked considerable discussion, highlighting a deep-seated distrust and criticism of her actions and motivations. The word “afraid” itself is particularly potent, suggesting a fear that some believe is unwarranted, given the context. This perspective argues that Bondi’s reluctance to make eye contact wasn’t born of fear, but rather a profound lack of empathy or, as some put it, a complete absence of shame. The implication is that if she possessed genuine shame, she would have been compelled to face those she had allegedly failed.

Many who commented on this situation felt that Bondi’s demeanor during the hearing indicated something far more disturbing than mere apprehension.… Continue reading

Media Complicity and Public Apathy Mask National Emergency of Concentration Camps

As ICE actively seeks to expand its “detention centers” amidst ongoing testimonies of abuse, it becomes imperative to examine the historical parallels. The term “concentration camp,” originating from British efforts to control rebellious populations and later adopted by Nazi Germany, accurately describes facilities where individuals, often deemed “undesirable” or without criminal conviction, are confined under armed guard. Unlike prisons for convicted criminals or jails for those awaiting trial, these ICE facilities hold individuals for civil immigration infractions, stripping them of constitutional protections and fostering conditions ripe for abuse, neglect, and indefinite imprisonment. History warns that such detention apparatuses, once built, seldom remain limited to their initial targets, posing a critical question for future generations about why such facilities were allowed to exist.

## Americans Google “Did Joe Biden Drop Out” on Election Night, Exposing Shocking Level of Voter Apathy

On Election Day, searches for “Did Joe Biden drop out” spiked significantly on Google Trends, suggesting a lack of awareness among some Americans that the current president was not running for reelection. Young voters don’t give Biden credit for passing the biggest climate bill in history

Young voters don’t give Biden enough credit for passing the biggest climate bill in history, and frankly, I can understand why. It’s not just about the lack of recognition; it’s about the disconnect between what the government is doing and what young people are experiencing in their daily lives.

In a world where young individuals are struggling to afford homes, facing rising living costs, and grappling with the harsh realities of a future potentially ravaged by climate change, the monumental achievements touted by the media often fall flat. Biden may have made significant strides in climate legislation, but to many young voters, it feels like too little, too late.… Continue reading

Virginia went big for Biden, but on eve of another pivotal election, many voters say Democrats have not delivered for them

We’ve had a very good couple of years of getting things done in VA. The reason this election is so close is because the GOP culture war and fear mongering works on a lot more people than it should.

Apparently this is politics in America in 2021. If Party A hasn’t fixed every problem in the country/world since the last election vote for Party B. When Party B fails to fix everything vote for Party A again.

Then sit back and wonder why things continue to go to shit when we’re rapidly switching gears between very different policy agendas and strategies and there’s little continuity in government.… Continue reading

I had a pretty revealing conversation with my brother yesterday

he used to be a libertarian adjacent but as of recent seems to favor trump under the guise “Biden won’t fix anything, I want to see everything burn down and get rebuilt, at least trump will lead to that.” I’ve told him about climate change, SC seats, all the short term victories we really need for the long term. Didn’t seem too budged. It sucks. There are still many apathy voters who feel like nothing will get better, and I’ve felt that sentiment before but if we can do anything to slow down our collective car crash, I’m on board with doing that.… Continue reading
