It is absolutely mind-boggling how such an error could occur in the first place. The fact that she was unable to immediately rectify this outrageous mistake with the Subway employees on the spot is truly baffling. In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, incidents like these bring to light the lack of accountability and responsibility that some businesses exhibit.
