The fact that he only served 12 months of his 4-year sentence for such a heinous crime is both shocking and disturbing. While he may have undergone professional counseling and demonstrated self-reflection, the reality remains that his actions have irreversibly impacted the life of a young girl who was the victim of his despicable deeds.
