“Why am I even doing this?” Vance asks after being pressed by CNN on Ohio bomb threats. Well, Vance, maybe it’s because spreading baseless lies and inciting violence with your words is not something that should go unchecked. Maybe it’s because as a supposed leader, you bear some responsibility for the consequences of your actions. Maybe it’s because deflecting blame and playing the victim when called out on your dangerous rhetoric is weak and cowardly.
