Norway’s $940 Million Ukraine Aid: Training, Equipment, and the Limits of Support

Norway will contribute $937 million in 2025 to equip and train a Ukrainian military brigade, leading a Nordic-Baltic effort focusing on modular units rather than a completely new brigade.
