It’s not every day that we come face to face with the realization that a member of the Supreme Court may be less than truthful. And yet, here we are, grappling with the allegations that Justice Samuel Alito may have been less than forthcoming in his explanation of a dispute with his neighbors. The neighbor in question has come forward, stating that the verbal altercation that took place in February 2021 did not align with Alito’s account of events.
