This report, rather than focusing on economic recovery or societal advancement, delves into potential wartime outcomes, with the so-called “good” scenario chillingly including a nuclear strike and the disintegration of the European Union. It’s a stark departure from conventional economic planning, suggesting a national psyche grappling with a very different set of priorities, or perhaps, a deeply ingrained delusion.
