The 16th Army Corps of Ukraine reports this has complicated Russian logistics and isolated units that crossed the Siverskyi Donets River near Vovchansk. Russian authorities have proposed relocating residents of some settlements due to potential flooding. While some garden plots have flooded, and no homes, the 16th Army Corps suggests the situation has shifted against the Russian forces due to the compromised dam.

Overnight drone strikes targeted energy facilities in Russia’s Volgograd and Saratov regions, damaging infrastructure and causing widespread power outages.
