As I sit down to reflect on the recent revelations regarding GOP Congresswoman Michelle Steele’s stance on the Alabama IVF ruling, I am truly appalled by the blatant hypocrisy displayed by a politician who claims to champion the sanctity of life. It is indeed mind-blowing to witness someone co-sponsoring the Life at Conception Act, which posits that life begins at fertilization, while simultaneously expressing solidarity with IVF patients in Alabama. This level of cognitive dissonance is not just confusing but also deeply concerning.
