I recently came across a news article that left me in shock and dismay – the story of Medellín declaring war on sex tourism after a U.S. citizen was found with two little girls in a hotel. The fact that this man, identified as Timothy Allan Livingston, was not caught in the act of sexually abusing them is horrifying. The exploitation and abuse of children is a vile act that should not go unpunished.
