I am struggling to wrap my head around the tragic events that unfolded in Macomb, Illinois, where a 4-year-old boy lost his life at the hands of the very people who were meant to protect and serve. The bodycam footage of the fatal police shooting of this young child and the man holding him hostage is nothing short of heart-wrenching.
