I can’t help but feel a wave of mixed emotions as I hear the news that Harvey Weinstein is in the hospital for emergency heart surgery. On one hand, my initial reaction is one of indifference and perhaps even a hint of dark humor. After all, this is a man who has been surrounded by controversy and accusations of despicable behavior for so long. But as I reflect deeper on the situation, I realize that at the core of this news is a human being in need of medical attention.
