This investigation arises amidst mass protests in Albania against the development plans for a protected natural coastal area, which activists have dubbed the “flamingo revolution.” While the SPAK anti-corruption body is investigating the land acquisition, they maintain the probe does not involve any companies associated with Mr. Kushner.
