Chesebro, considered a key architect of the fake electors scheme, was found guilty in Georgia of conspiracy to commit filing false documents, a “serious crime” that led to the disciplinary action. This followed his indictment in Georgia related to efforts to overturn the state’s election results. As I stumbled upon the news about Kenneth Chesebro, one of Trump’s election fraud lawyers getting caught in a big lie, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of disbelief. How could a Harvard Law graduate, someone who worked for white-shoe law firms and was once a Democrat, find himself entangled in such a web of deceit and deception? The revelation that Chesebro used a secret Twitter account to make arguments that directly contradicted his legal defense in the Michigan election fraud case is truly mind-boggling.
