Trump Is Already Losing in Court—and the Judge Isn’t Playing
The scene in the courtroom seems almost surreal. The former President of the United States, Donald Trump, is standing trial, and the judge, New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, doesn’t seem to be playing by the rules that Trump is used to. In fact, the judge insists on referring to him simply as “Mr. Trump,” a small detail that seems to bother him more than anything else.
