Biden Sues DOJ Over Release of Special Counsel Probe Audio
President Biden has taken legal action, suing the Department of Justice in an effort to prevent the release of audio recordings. These recordings are tied to the special counsel probe conducted by Robert Hur. This lawsuit stems from Biden’s intervention in a separate legal challenge initiated by the conservative Heritage Foundation.
