Israeli Official Arrested in Nevada for Child Sex Crimes, Allowed to Return to Israel
A cybersecurity official from the Israeli government, identified as Tom Artiom Alexandrovich, was arrested in Las Vegas during an undercover operation targeting online child predators. Alexandrovich, listed as the executive director of the Israel Cyber Directorate, faces felony charges of luring a child for a sex act, along with other suspects. Despite being arrested, he was subsequently released and returned to Israel, while authorities are downplaying the incident’s significance. The arrest occurred during a two-week sting operation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s internet crime against children task force.
