It is truly heartbreaking to see video footage that appears to show Russians killing surrendering Ukrainian soldiers. The sheer brutality and lack of humanity displayed in these actions are deeply disturbing. It is a clear violation of the basic principles of war and the Geneva Convention. Surrendering soldiers should be spared, regardless of which side they belong to. The fact that such atrocities are being committed on both sides only serves to highlight the horrors of war.

The recent report from the UN envoy confirming the “reasonable grounds” to believe that Hamas committed sexual violence on October 7 is a shocking revelation that should not come as a surprise to anyone familiar with the atrocities committed by this terrorist group. The fact that it took them five long months to acknowledge what was apparent from the very beginning is truly disturbing. The evidence, including videos, pictures, forensics, and eye witness reports available soon after the incident, overwhelmingly pointed to the horrific acts of sexual violence perpetrated by Hamas.

As I sit here reading about the horrific ‘sadistic sex crimes’ committed by Hamas on October 7th, I am left feeling utterly sickened and disgusted. How can any human being bring themselves to inflict such unimaginable pain and suffering on another individual? It is beyond comprehension to me that there are individuals out there capable of such depravity.
