Senior Russian officials were supposed to be on the Il-76 flight that tragically crashed in Belogorod Oblast on January 24th. However, at the “last moment,” the Federal Security Service (FSB) prevented them from boarding. It immediately raises suspicions and leaves many questions unanswered.
If I were a prominent Putin opponent or a powerful ally who posed a threat to Putin’s regime, changing my travel plans at the last minute would become a habit. The fact that these officials were denied access to the flight indicates a hidden agenda. Was it a tactic to protect them from an upcoming disaster?
