Texas House Repeals Gay Sex Ban in Historic Vote

Even with the House’s approval, the bill, HB 1738, still faces a formidable challenge in the considerably more conservative Texas Senate. The Senate’s approval is crucial before the legislative session concludes on June 2nd.
